• Conduct virtual counseling sessions for clients dealing with low acuity, stable mental health issues.
• Engage clients in discussions about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences to encourage self-exploration and insight.
• Utilize assessment tools and conversational techniques to identify emotional and psychological challenges faced by clients.
• Assist clients in establishing clear personal goals and planning actionable steps toward achieving those objectives.
• Embrace a solution-focused methodology to facilitate progress and healing in client situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with mental health regulations.

Our clients primarily consist of individuals seeking to manage their mental and emotional health proactively. Our focus on a low-acuity population ensures that your time is spent efficiently and meaningfully with clients who can benefit from your guidance.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A valid and independent state license, such as LMFT, LCSW-C, or LCPC.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to develop and implement treatment plans based on professional evaluations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor to effectively connect with clients.
• Proficient in using technology and managing various software applications relevant to teletherapy.

• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms will be considered an asset.
• Experience working within outpatient settings or community mental health organizations.
