• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Guide clients in articulating their thoughts and emotions, creating a safe space for emotional exploration.
• Assist clients in establishing and reaching their therapeutic objectives, employing evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide education on healthy coping strategies and tools to manage stress and anxiety.
• Document all interactions in accordance with clinical standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

The clinicians at Serenity utilize a client-centered approach, primarily serving a diverse adult population with varying degrees of mental health needs. Our clientele consists of stable adults seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. • A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on empathetic listening.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology that facilitates telehealth sessions and electronic documentation.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or telehealth settings is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Experience working with diverse populations and varying levels of mental health needs.
