This position is 100% remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort and convenience of your home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ethical and nurturing individual counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms.
  • Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop personalized therapy plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
  • Evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a diverse array of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety issues, and life transitions. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Must hold a valid, non-provisional license to practice independently in your field, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • No current or past disciplinary actions against your clinical license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature are essential for building therapeutic relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth sessions, along with strong computer literacy skills.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have treated adult populations. Experience with telehealth services is a plus, as is familiarity with mental health assessment tools and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and availability. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus. We offer direct deposit on a weekly basis to ensure timely compensation.
