Key Responsibilities

In your role as a licensed mental health therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions through secure video chat platforms, ensuring ethical practices are maintained.
• Employing solution-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs, facilitating effective therapy sessions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their specific mental health goals.
• Guiding clients in gaining self-awareness, enhancing their understanding of feelings and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitoring client progress consistently throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to improve therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve low-acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Our primary goal is to support these individuals in their journeys toward improved mental health by equipping them with the tools they need to thrive.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a genuine empathetic approach to therapy.
• Strong proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms and communication tools.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Candidates with diverse experience in various therapeutic modalities or populations will be particularly advantageous in our versatile practice.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience level. Additionally, we offer:
