• Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans for adult clients seeking therapy.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals to share best practices and refine therapeutic techniques.
• Stay updated on developments in mental health and therapy methodologies to enhance clinical practice.
• Handle administrative duties related to patient scheduling, communication, and treatment follow-ups without the burden of marketing or billing.

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active professional license in your area of specialty (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy to adult populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong written communication skills for thorough documentation of therapy sessions.
• A clean professional record without any pending or past disciplinary actions by a licensing board.

• Experience in telehealth settings or conducting virtual therapy sessions.
• Additional training or certification in specialized therapeutic techniques.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
