• Conduct engaging and empathetic individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring an ethical and supportive approach to treatment.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• Ability to work independently without supervision is a necessity.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a compassionate nature are crucial for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in technology and comfort with teletherapy platforms are essential for effective service delivery.

• Prior experience in mental health counseling or therapy, especially in a remote or telehealth setting, is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Benefits include:
