This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to perform your counseling duties from the comfort of your home. You will utilize a secure video chat platform to engage with clients, ensuring your practice adapts to their personal and professional schedules. Our technology-driven approach facilitates seamless communication and maintains a supportive therapeutic environment while prioritizing client confidentiality and care.

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video chat, focusing on building trust and rapport with clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities and evidence-based practices to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, addressing goals specific to each individual.
• Facilitate insights in clients by exploring their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress against treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal care and healthy coping strategies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Innvouz, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adult clients. These individuals may be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other common mental health concerns. By offering accessible treatment options, we empower clients to take steps toward improved mental health and overall well-being. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and providing coping mechanisms that enhance their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of one of the following fully independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, emphasizing empathy and support in your interactions with clients.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in providing mental health counseling within a remote setting, as well as familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and tools. Experience in working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy will be highly regarded.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on your experience and work schedule. Additional benefits include:
