• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults experiencing a spectrum of mental health needs. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, providing a rich tapestry of experiences for therapists to engage with as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses; a clean disciplinary record is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine empathy towards clients.
• Proficiency in technology, with strong computer literacy skills to navigate telehealth platforms seamlessly.

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, a background in teletherapy or experience working with diverse populations may be advantageous. Familiarity with using digital platforms for therapy is also preferred.
