Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual mental health counseling through video conferencing platforms.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific mental health goals.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, thoughts, and relationships for enhanced self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to facilitate improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Our goal is to support these individuals by equipping them with essential life skills and coping mechanisms to foster a higher quality of living.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, you need to possess one of the following full licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). We require therapists to have no limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions against them. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in digital platforms for remote therapy consultations are crucial.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated track record of success in a mental health counseling role and will show a penchant for building rapport with clients through compassionate care. Experience with solution-focused and brief therapy approaches is highly desirable, as is familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes weekly direct deposits and annual salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on hours worked.
