Remote Customer Service Representative (Seasonal) – Work From Home

Graham Personnel Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year. This is more than just answering phones—you'll be helping customers with online orders, product questions, promotions, returns, and creating a first-class shopping experience.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Assist customers with online orders and website navigation
  • Answer questions regarding products, promotions, orders, shipping, and returns
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
  • Research inquiries and provide accurate solutions
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone and other communication channels
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find the best resolution for each customer
What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence

Schedule Requirements
  • Must live within one hour of High Point, NC
  • Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
  • Required to work one weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday)
