• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video chat, tailoring sessions to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, constantly assessing client progress and adapting strategies accordingly.

Your primary focus will be on stable and low-acuity adults seeking mental health services. Your role is vital in helping these clients develop the skills necessary for resilience and emotional well-being.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist in California (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).
• Possess strong communication skills, with an ability to build rapport in a virtual setting.
• A commitment to cultural competence, understanding, and providing inclusive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms is preferred, along with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Background in working with low-acuity patients through remote counseling or teletherapy settings.
• Previous experience developing individualized treatment plans and outcomes-based therapy techniques.

• Annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, contingent on experience and caseload.
