As a Mental Health Counselor with Gotham Enterprises, you will primarily interact with clients through a sophisticated app designed to facilitate communication without the burden of extensive paperwork. Our outpatient office model allows for a low-stress approach to providing care, catering to patients who are stable and present low acuity conditions.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via phone, video chat, or secure messaging, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for client interactions.
• Work with clients on a range of mental health issues, providing 30- to 45-minute sessions to support their needs effectively.
• Utilize client demographic selection tools within our platform to focus your practice on the groups you are most passionate about serving.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, while minimizing administrative tasks through streamlined workflows.
• Collaborate with a supportive network of mental health professionals to enhance treatment approaches and share best practices.

Our platform mainly connects you with clients experiencing stable and low acuity conditions such as ADHD, OCD, grief, weight disorders, and relationship issues. This focus allows you to create tailored treatment strategies that enhance the well-being of your clients while ensuring you work within your preferred specialty areas.

• A valid independent license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Jersey, with no disciplinary actions.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven experience providing therapeutic services, demonstrating a deep understanding of treatment modalities and client engagement strategies.
• Strong technological skills, including a working phone, PC or laptop, and reliable internet access (tablets are not supported).

• Experience working in a remote therapeutic setting is highly desirable.
• Background in treating diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to adapt to different client needs and to perform effectively in a fast-paced, digital environment.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience level.
