  • Develop executive-level relationships with portfolio company leadership teams, including CEOs, Presidents, COOs, and operating partners
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion
  • Create and execute account plans for key private equity firms and strategic partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level relationships and partnership initiatives
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to maximize partnership value
  • Develop programs that help partners improve operational performance, technician productivity, inventory management, and parts procurement
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners
  • Monitor industry trends, M&A activity, consolidator growth, and competitive developments
  • Identify new market opportunities and influence corporate strategy through market intelligence
  • Represent Parts Town at industry events, conferences, private equity forums, and partner meetings
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage strategic initiatives from concept through execution
  • Deliver annual sales, profitability, and growth objectives across assigned partnerships

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, partnerships, private equity relations, or enterprise account management
  • You demonstrate the ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers
  • You have strong understanding of private equity ownership models and portfolio company structures
  • You have experience working within HVAC, distribution, building products, industrial, home services, or related industries preferred
  • You can demonstrate success developing and growing large strategic accounts or partnerships
  • Your communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are exceptional
  • You possess strong business acumen with the ability to identify and monetize growth opportunities
  • You have experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and the ability to operate independently in a highly entrepreneurial environment
  • You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  • You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home

Bonus Points:

  • You have existing relationships with HVAC-focused private equity firms and consolidators
  • You are experienced working with contractor platforms, buying groups, or national accounts and obtain a background in distribution, OEM manufacturing, or service-based industries
  • You’re confident with M&A trends and investment activity within the trades industry
  • You have a bachelor’s degree
