• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, make diagnoses using established psychological tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and evaluate each patient’s progress, implementing appropriate interventions and strategies that align with their mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain thorough and precise treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation utilizing current technologies to uphold regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaboratively create treatment plans with patients, ensuring that the plans reflect their unique needs, cultural backgrounds, and personal goals, while actively engaging family members in the process.

• Facilitate referrals and connections between patients and external treatment providers, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

• Engage in educational and mentoring opportunities for students and interns, fostering a culture of collaboration and skill-sharing within the clinic.

• Under the supervision of clinical leadership, participate in peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and chart audits to enhance team performance and professionalism.

This position primarily serves individuals and families affected by cancer, providing psychological support and therapy to help them navigate the complex emotional challenges associated with their diagnoses. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
