Job Description Summary:

The Revenue Management Associate is responsible for assisting with company processes related to returns and pricing discrepancies within the Finance Department. This role focuses on ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and on time, while following company policies. The Revenue Associate will work closely with team members to support day-to-day tasks, such as reviewing data, identifying basic trends, and helping improve processes.

Job Description:

This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule and can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage Office Location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review, approve, and issue sales pricing and credit adjustments.
  • Identify and issue depletion allowance chargebacks related to sales pricing and credits.
  • Assist with monthly projects, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Manage and communicate monthly pricing files for Local and National Key Account Teams, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Review product returns and EDI pricing files to confirm correct pricing and address errors.
  • Verify chain contracts for compliance and support accurate order processing.
  • Maintain and update supplier reports, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to support revenue management.
  • In the state of Pennsylvania this role will require work with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB)
    • Must understand the PLCB pricing formula inclusive of discounts and coordinates price change submissions to PLCB
    • Will use the PLCB's ERP system to validate & setup products
    • Responsible for filling Standard Quotation and Specification Forms with the PLCB for over 30 suppliers
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, secondary education a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10-key by touch
  • Experience in related area - Distributor/Industry experience preferred
  • SAP or similar ERP software experience
