Executive Assistant (Part-Time, 1–4 Hours/Week — Fully Remote)

Sisters in Christ: Women of Purpose — Daughters of Promise is a Christ-centered women’s ministry committed to empowering, equipping, and uplifting women through discipleship, outreach, spiritual development, and community impact. We serve women across the nation, fostering identity, purpose, leadership, and sisterhood.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO. This fully remote, part-time role (1–4 hours per week) is ideal for someone who excels in executive-level support, values excellence, and thrives in a purpose-driven, faith-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination for leadership meetings
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ministry records
  • Support virtual leadership meetings and ministry initiatives
  • Handle data entry, membership updates, and administrative tracking
  • Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and ministry values in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Executive assistant or administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
  • Alignment with Christian values and a heart for service
