Chief Operating Officer / Senior VP Operations job opening for a rapidly growing digital and eCommerce marketplace.A health, wellness and fitness brand founded in Austin, Texas.Fully remote home office based anywhere in Northern America with a direct hire employment agreement, willing to work to Central Time zone core hours.
Excellent Compensation, High $ Six figure + bonus + executive benefits + LTIP
You will report to and partner with the CEO.To be appraised as a suitable candidate, we need your profile to demonstrate:
  • Strategic yet hands on: inspires people; manages change for high growth with sustainable teams
  • Worked for at least one, mostly Direct to Consumer, Digital Marketplace company who grew somewhere in the range of $20MM to $50MM to $75MM and/or doubled up revenues (mostly NOT brick and mortar or B2B at this size however that may be relevant in the longer term)
  • Understands direct response, direct to consumer (D2C) food supplement or CPG eCommerce online sales channels especially 1st party online shops
  • Excellent communications skills in all mediums
  • Data & analytics to support excellent decision making and appropriate KPIs and Exec Reporting
  • Brilliant leadership for outstanding customer experience and service, shipping, fulfilment, customer reviews
  • Process & procedures, corporate governance, strong operations background
  • Sign off on technology, sales, business development, suppliers, insourcing / outsourcing, supply chain, purchasing, procurement, manufacturing
  • Coach HR and Line Managers for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development & Succession Planning
  • Process, technology, people, customer oriented to sustain and maximise growth while maintaining the culture
  • Direction for legal, risk and compliance across W2 employees, contractors, freelancers and company products and services mindful of FDA and customer satisfaction
