Job description

Ledcor Technical Services is undergoing rapid growth, and we are seeking Senior Project Managers with the leadership experience and technical expertise to oversee and deliver complex, highimpact telecom infrastructure projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of major initiatives-including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and largescale network upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the industry's highest quality and safety standards. In this seniorlevel capacity, you will provide strategic direction, lead crossfunctional teams, optimize operational performance, and contribute to a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Join our True-Blue team and help lead the development of the networks of tomorrow.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Champion and uphold Ledcor's safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds

  • Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle

  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities

  • Oversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies

  • Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

  • Negotiate contract execution and change order management

  • Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds

  • Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)

  • Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

  • Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • This position is primarily hybrid. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates based on experience, location, and business needs.

Compensation

$100,000-$137,500 Annually
Site or project-based roles may be eligible for additional pay elements

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
