Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using various formats such as video calls, audio messages, and online journal interactions.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress through our integrated platform.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief.
• Engage in regular professional development initiatives and participate in a supportive community of over 10,000 therapists to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with mental health regulations and standards.
• Leverage our all-in-one platform to track goals and progress, providing clients with ongoing feedback and support throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on low acuity adult clients. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, mild ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, weight disorders, and grief. The structured screening process ensures that clients referred to you are stable and ready for supportive counseling, allowing you to concentrate on delivering effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and active LPCC license in California, with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and comfortable navigating online platforms.
• Reliable internet access to facilitate consistent client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing mental health counseling in a telehealth format is highly desirable.
• Background in working with low acuity clients in areas of anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000, depending on experience and caseload. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, which can significantly enhance your overall compensation package while providing support for your health needs.
