  • Vacancy Type: 6 months with possibility of extension or Conversion to Permanent
  • Pay Rate: $19 per hour without benefits


Position Overview

  • As a Bilingual Spanish/English Patient Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels (including online, mobile & IVR) in a cross-functional Contact Centre.

You will be responsible for:

  • Telephone customer service
  • Scheduling medical appointments
  • Follow scripting tools, enter data as required, accurately
  • Adhere to scheduled hours

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service background or medical scheduling
  • Must be bilingual English and Spanish
  • Friendly and compassionate
