RN - Clinical Field Reviewer (Remote in Montana)

The RN Clinical Field Reviewer is a remote position that requires in-home nursing assessments which require the candidate to reside in one of the following counties in Montana: Missoula or Ravalli.
We are a team of Registered Nurses working remotely across the state of Montana completing in-home nursing assessments of eligible members living in the areas where we live for the Medicaid CFCS/PCS (Community First Choice Services/Personal Care Services) program. We conduct person-centered in-home nursing assessments focused on a member’s functional abilities and their needs for ADL and IADL assistance initially, annually, and as needed if a change in condition occurs for members of all ages. We have a shared goal of keeping members independent in their homes with the assistance of paid caregivers and informal support. We work closely with provider agencies across the state to ensure that services are being delivered to members as authorized following policies set forth by the State of Montana DPHHS. We empower members to become participants in their care through active listening and planning with their input, provide care coordination, practice cultural humility with each client, and utilize evidence-based practice as a foundation for our interventions.
Mountain Pacific is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team who lives in Missoula or Ravalli County to cover their area of the state. It’s important for the ideal candidate to have experience with home visits and passion for helping others while working independently in the field. You set your own schedule and are responsible for meeting your timelines.
This position requires travel by personal car to locations throughout Missoula and Ravalli Counties in Montana to complete in-home assessments, reliable home internet, and a current Montana Registered Nursing (RN) license. Experience with home health, hospice, or long-term care is preferred. The position is full-time, flexible schedule that works 30-40 hours per week and includes your full hourly wage for the time to travel and mileage reimbursement at the current federal rate.At Mountain Pacific we offer a robust benefits package!

The target compensation for this position is $32.00 - $33.00 an hour. The first review of candidates will be on August 7, 2026, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
