Salvo Health is taking a new approach to help millions of Americans facing chronic health conditions, centered on chronic gut health and metabolic conditions from IBS to obesity. We bring multidisciplinary virtual care to patients at community specialty care practices, particularly GI and hepatology brick & mortar clinics around the US.  We assign each patient a "whole patient" care team and offer daily access to app-based care, using Remote Patient Monitoring ("RPM") and Chronic Care Management ("CCM") to bill. These services are covered by most patient's insurance, both Medicare and commercial.
