By utilizing telehealth technology, you'll engage with clients through secure video platforms, allowing you to conduct assessments, individual therapy sessions, and case reviews from the comfort of your home office. • Manage an ongoing caseload of clients, establishing genuine rapport while adhering to professional ethical standards and boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring a collaborative approach to treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, leveraging best practices to support each client's unique needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes using our electronic health record systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Perform initial intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client growth.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Holds an unrestricted and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.
• Comfortable utilizing digital tools including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and scheduling/communication platforms (e.g., Outlook, PIMSY).
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and delivering psychotherapy to individuals and families.

• Evidence of ongoing professional education, such as workshops or specialization in specific therapeutic modalities.
• Skill in collaborative practice environments that involve partnerships with other healthcare providers.

• Annual salary between USD 75,000 and 90,000, reflective of experience and clinical expertise.
