Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Program Management, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure predictable and repeatable execution.
  • Systems, Tooling & Data Infrastructure: Oversee the configuration, governance, and strategic use of HubSpot/SalesHub as the commercial system of record. Partner with Marketing and Sales to design automation, pipeline workflows, and reporting dashboards that ensure data integrity, usability, and adoption.
  • Commercial Operating Rhythm & Reporting: Define and manage the Commercial operating rhythm, including pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and cross-functional syncs. Own commercial reporting for leadership, summarizing insights, highlighting risks, and providing data-backed recommendations.
  • Commercial Strategy & SIOP Integration: Partner with Finance to refine demand and pipeline forecasts, ensuring assumptions and risks are accurately represented. Serve as the commercial liaison into the SIOP process, ensuring demand signals are aligned with operational planning, robot availability, and customer milestones.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and grow a high-performing commercial operations team as the organization scales. Develop and empower team members, establish clear roles and ways of working, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations, preferably in a high-growth hardware or robotics environment.
  • Deep expertise in CRM architecture and administration (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and process improvement across complex operational supply chains.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and data visualization.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, with experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
