As part of our detox center team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff dedicated to providing high-quality care. Team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities will be conducted virtually, ensuring ongoing connection and support among colleagues.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a holistic view of their situations.
• Deliver both individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate their unique challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans tailored to clients’ specific goals, leveraging appropriate resources for full client support.
• Provide advocacy for clients to ensure they have access to necessary resources, while also addressing broader social justice issues that affect their well-being.
• Engage in program development and evaluation, working closely with colleagues to enhance the efficacy of our services and contribute to grant reporting efforts.
• Collaborate with community organizations, government bodies, and other stakeholders to amplify our services and reach a broader audience.
• Participate actively in training and outreach programs designed to educate the community on mental health issues and available services.

Our focus is on individuals and families facing mental health challenges, with a particular emphasis on those seeking detox services. You will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals from marginalized communities who may navigate substantial barriers in accessing mental health resources. Your expertise will be crucial in creating supportive environments where clients can feel safe and empowered on their journey to recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and social justice advocacy.
• Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of empathy when working with clients facing challenging circumstances.
• Organizational skills to manage client cases effectively while adapting to evolving needs.

• Previous experience in a nonprofit or community health organization is highly desirable, especially in roles related to mental health.
• Familiarity with local community resources and networks that can be leveraged to support clients.
• Experience in developing and implementing therapeutic programs tailored to specific client needs.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
