Compensation: $45 per hour during CAT event
- Claim Evaluation: Review and analyze CAT-related property claims, including wind, water, and flood damage, to determine coverage and estimate losses.
- Documentation Review: Assess property damage using photos, estimates, and reports submitted by field adjusters, contractors, and policyholders.
- Decision-Making: Apply policy language to determine coverage and issue fair claim settlements based on guidelines and regulations.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear and empathetic guidance to policyholders throughout the claims process, ensuring transparency and support during a stressful time.
- File Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant records of all claims activity.
