As Product Manager - Business Voice, your responsibilities will include managing the roadmap and complete lifecycle for all Business Voice products, as well as evaluating and developing new product ideas and enhancements to existing products to meet customer needs and drive market success.
The current voice portfolio includes Hosted PBX, POTS lines, PRI, SIP, complex multi-line business phone systems, metered long distance and toll-free, and Hosted Voice handsets. Cable One operates in ILEC, CLEC, and VOIP regulatory environments, and delivers services over Fiber, HFC, and DSL.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned products from concept to retirement.
  • Ensure cross-functional team support on all aspects of product design, development, and execution.
  • Drive business analysis and experimentation, capturing insights that inform product design and development.
  • Monitor customer experience and identify/recommend enhancements to improve the experience and lead to greater product adoption.
  • Work closely with the Business Sales team to understand customer needs and pain points and drive product enhancements to address them.
  • Research and understand the competitive landscape in order to provide the products and features necessary for our success.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Product Management or Product Development
  • Experience with Voice Communication technologies and services is required
  • Familiarity with telecom industry including regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgement and creativity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
