Melodic Mind Diagnostic and Integrated Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to enhance our team focused on providing comprehensive chemical dependency support. This full-time remote position is integral to our operations at our specialized detox center located in Forest Grove, Oregon. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive intake evaluations and psychosocial assessments to gauge the needs of clients entering our detox center.
  • Collaboratively Develop individualized treatment plans that are presented to the Clinical Drug Review Process (CDRP)/Substance Use treatment team for insight, feedback, and adjustments.
  • Engage in regular clinical case conferences to discuss progress and collaborate on treatment strategies and interventions.
  • Design and conduct educational lectures focusing on chemical dependency topics, providing clients with valuable knowledge regarding addiction and recovery.
  • Deliver direct counseling services, including individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing chemical dependency issues.
  • Facilitate specialized therapy for adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.
  • Provide essential case management services, including coordination of resources and referrals to support ongoing client needs beyond treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. Our client population includes a diverse clientele with varying backgrounds and experiences with addiction. We place a strong emphasis on understanding the unique needs of each individual to tailor our interventions effectively. By fostering a supportive therapeutic environment, we aim to empower clients towards recovery and reintegration into society.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy is required, gained within the last five (5) years.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
