• Provide clinical assessment, counseling, and support to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance treatment outcomes and client empowerment.
• Conduct initial screenings and determine the necessity for further assessments, aligning with developmental appropriateness and clinical best practices.
• Create and implement integrated care plans in coordination with other health care providers, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Participate actively as a team member, contributing to meetings aimed at improving service delivery and ensuring the collaboration of cross-functional teams.
• Assist in crisis intervention, using de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to clients in distress.
• Carry a manageable caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, while continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment updates, and outcome evaluations in adherence to organizational standards.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed to ensure continuous care and support for clients outside regular program hours.

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals with diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and background differences who are facing significant psychological challenges. Clients may present with a range of conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and co-occurring substance use disorders, often within a detox center environment. The LCSW will be pivotal in building trusting relationships and providing tailored interventions that meet each client's unique needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment practices for mental health conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• Organizational skills that support effective case management, enabling timely follow-up and continuity of care.
• Cultural competence and the ability to engage respectfully with clients from varying backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a mental health or clinical environment, particularly in community-based settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and treatment outcomes efficiently.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that emphasize coordination between mental health and other healthcare services.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
