• Conduct thorough assessments that evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform service delivery.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans with measurable goals and intervention strategies, continuously monitoring client progress.
• Provide individualized counseling and support to clients encountering various life challenges, leveraging therapeutic modalities that empower and build resilience.
• Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources such as housing, employment services, and mental health support systems, ensuring clients receive holistic care.
• Engage in crisis intervention by assessing risk, creating safety plans, and providing resources in high-pressure situations.
• Establish partnerships with community agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive services, acting as a staunch advocate for client needs.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at increasing public awareness of agency services and social issues affecting our community.
• Contribute to team dynamics by actively participating in case conferences and training sessions to enhance collective knowledge and service delivery effectiveness.

The LICSW will serve a diverse client population, including individuals and families confronting issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and poverty. Your role is pivotal in creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to overcome challenges, access essential resources, and improve their overall quality of life.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with cultural competence to effectively engage with a diverse client base.

• Previous involvement in case management, community outreach, or crisis intervention.
