As part of our outpatient office setup, you will engage with a dynamic team of mental health professionals committed to community service and upliftment.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Maintain an active caseload, with a minimum requirement of 27 client visits weekly, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
• Document clinical progress meticulously, including assessments, treatment plans, and session notes, adhering to organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians, case managers, and other professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Implement creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to meet and exceed their personal goals.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and families to coordinate services and provide support as needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending regular clinical staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in therapy.

Your work will involve addressing an array of mental health concerns among diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families navigating various life challenges. We encourage therapists with experience and comfort in working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and bilingual individuals, ensuring our services remain accessible and sensitive to the unique needs of our community.

• A master's degree in a relevant behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active LMFT PA clinical license is essential.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation requirements, with proficiency in creating assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to establish appropriate boundaries and maintain professionalism in a therapeutic setting.
• A solid understanding of working with a diverse clientele and commitment to ongoing cultural competence.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check in compliance with agency standards.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrable success in working within multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
• Proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions using various communication platforms.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, supplemented by a sign-on bonus and additional incentives based on performance. Benefits include:
