Remote Case Managers maintain regular contact with clients, providers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or video conferencing. Their goal is to facilitate effective service delivery and improve client outcomes while working outside of a traditional office setting.

What does a remote case manager do?

You can find case manager positions in both the medical field and the social work industry. In a role as a nurse case manager, you act as an advocate for patients. Your responsibilities are to recommend treatment options, establish a care plan, communicate with families and support groups, and coordinate inpatient and outpatient care. Remote Case Managers frequently collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers through secure digital communication tools such as video calls, emails, and case management platforms. They participate in virtual team meetings, share patient updates, and coordinate care plans to ensure seamless service delivery. About Abtech Technologies

  • Abtech Technologies is a growing Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Dell solution provider helping organizations modernize and protect their IT environments.

Position Overview

  • This role exists to drive measurable business growth. We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Coordinator who can generate qualified leads, build pipeline, and execute campaigns that turn into revenue — not just impressions.
  • This is not a traditional marketing admin role. We need someone who understands how to market IT services and MSP solutions to business buyers, and who takes ownership of lead generation as their primary mission. If you have built campaigns that produce real sales opportunities in the IT services space, we want to talk to you.
  • You will work directly with sales leadership and ownership to develop and execute marketing programs focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth.
  • Please put the following code in the subject heading of your response: Code ZR-MSP-6126

Responsibilities

  • Own lead generation: design, launch, and optimize campaigns that produce qualified sales opportunities for Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and StorTrust DR solutions.
  • Bring fresh marketing ideas and recommend innovative strategies to grow pipeline.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Create and manage marketing content including landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, case studies, social posts, and promotional materials.
  • Drive inbound lead generation and continuously improve conversion performance.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with a focus on leads generated and revenue influenced.
  • Coordinate webinars, events, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Work with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and AI-powered marketing platforms to improve efficiency and campaign output.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing activity with revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience marketing for an IT Services company, MSP, VAR, Cloud provider, Cybersecurity company, or technology solutions business REQUIRED.
  • Proven track record supporting lead generation and measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and digital lead generation.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, HubSpot or similar tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing and content creation is a strong plus

Preferred Experience

  • Managed IT Services (MSP) or cybersecurity services marketing.
  • Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
  • Dell, Microsoft, VMware, backup/disaster recovery, or infrastructure technologies.
  • HubSpot or CRM-based marketing workflows.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote position.
  • Direct access to ownership and leadership.
  • Opportunity to shape Abtech’s marketing strategy and drive real growth.
  • Exposure to modern AI-powered marketing tools and strategies.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.

To Apply

  • Submit your resume along with examples of lead generation campaigns or growth initiatives you’ve driven within the IT services or technology industry.
