We are seeking an exceptional **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team as a Field Case Manager. In this role, you will step out of the traditional hospital setting and into the field, acting as the vital link between injured workers, medical providers, employers, and insurance carriers.  Position Overview
As a Field Case Manager, you will manage a dedicated local caseload, attending medical appointments with clients and collaborating directly with treating physicians and therapists. You will use your strong clinical judgment to evaluate treatment plans, ensure medical necessity, and streamline communication among all parties involved in the Workers' Compensation process. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical independence, patient advocacy, and professional flexibility.
