• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans that respect the cultural and individual diversity of our patient population.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed, employing various therapeutic techniques to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, including treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals, utilizing current electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
