• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs, identifying both their strengths and areas for growth.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions while tailoring therapeutic interventions to accommodate the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of your clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to promote effective treatment outcomes.
• Design comprehensive treatment plans with clear goals, methods of intervention, and ongoing progress evaluations to ensure clients are effectively supported throughout their recovery journeys.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers—to guarantee holistic and continuous care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, which include conducting risk assessments and devising safety plans to manage acute mental health issues.
• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with vital community resources while managing their treatment needs through effective case management strategies.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and promoting available resources for support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
