• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, which will inform individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing diverse methodologies to tackle a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care that addresses all aspects of our clients’ well-being.
• Support clients experiencing acute distress by providing immediate crisis intervention, leveraging your expertise to navigate these challenging situations compassionately and effectively.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging dialogue about mental wellness in various settings.

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Have completed a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to create a rapport and build strong therapeutic alliances with diverse clients.
• Demonstrate cultural competence, sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively with individuals from different backgrounds.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring precise documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly one that emphasizes telehealth.
• Proficiency in using therapeutic software and platforms that enhance client engagement and facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of community resources and services that can support clients beyond therapy.
