Position: Full-Time
Location: Utah
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support clients across Utah through virtual care. This role focuses on assessing client needs, providing therapy, and guiding individuals and families through mental health challenges. You will help clients build practical coping strategies, track progress, and work toward meaningful improvements in their day-to-day lives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations
  • Develop and update structured treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Monitor progress and adjust care approaches as needed
  • Coordinate with care teams and referral partners when appropriate

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active LCSW license in Utah
