The remote work setting at Archway Counseling Center allows our Licensed Clinical Social Workers the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of their own homes while having access to a wealth of resources and support from our integrated team. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement tailored support packages for clients dealing with a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders, family issues, and substance dependencies.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to assess clients' current circumstances, needs, strengths, and weaknesses, ensuring a thorough understanding of individual situations.
  • Develop individualized treatment goals and objectives during case management sessions, focusing on measurable outcomes that lead to improvements in clients' lives.

Qualifications
