• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop individualized service plans that align with each client's goals, interventions, and progress tracking, fostering a proactive approach to case management.
• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions to support clients through various life challenges, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to their situations.
• Actively collaborate with clients to create personalized resource plans, connecting them to community services that promote healing and recovery.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans that prioritize client well-being.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with community organizations to coordinate services and advocate effectively for clients' needs.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to elevate awareness of the services provided by Montage Counseling Center.
• Attend team meetings, case conferences, and professional development training to continuously improve service delivery and collaboration.

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse range of client populations, including individuals facing mental health issues, families experiencing crises, and individuals grappling with socio-economic challenges. Your work will focus on empowering clients to navigate their circumstances, access resources, and achieve their personal goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and a deep understanding of social and economic justice issues are vital for effective service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills along with cultural competence and problem-solving abilities to build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Previous experience in a social service agency or related setting is strongly preferred, providing context-rich insights for client interactions.
• Familiarity with mental health crisis intervention and case management practices will be considered an asset.
• A volunteer or professional background advocating for marginalized communities is valuable for understanding client perspectives.
