Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to clients and families, utilizing both individual and group therapy modalities.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client suitability for the services, develop treatment plans, and provide appropriate referrals.
  • Collaborate extensively with clients, case managers, and internal/external healthcare providers to coordinate care that meets individual clients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and administrative records in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress or emergencies, providing immediate support and stabilization.
  • Engage in case conferences and clinical meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assist clients with work readiness assessments, providing insights and vocational recommendations based on psychological evaluations.
  • Participate in individual and group supervision sessions to enhance skills and professional development within the counseling field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in accordance with Washington state regulations.
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits
