Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client sessions weekly, providing therapeutic services that may include individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Foster effective communication with clients and their families, offering exceptional customer service while collaboratively addressing their unique mental health needs.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to each client to help them achieve and surpass their treatment goals.
  • Prepare detailed session notes, treatment plans, and updates to support ongoing assessment and accountability.
