This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can keep cases moving efficiently, coordinate litigation support activities, and work confidently with legal technology in a fast-paced environment. The role offers the chance to contribute across the life cycle of plaintiff personal injury files, from initial intake through resolution and trial readiness. This role is initially part time, transitioning to a 40 hour workweek after an initial trial period.

Responsibilities:

• Complete electronic filings in both state and federal courts while ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.

• Support attorneys with trial preparation by assembling binders, organizing exhibits, and coordinating pre-trial documentation.

• At least 3 years of hands-on paralegal experience supporting personal injury matters on the plaintiff side.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment using legal technology and digital case management tools.

• Experience using platforms such as ChatGPT, Filevine, CASEpeer, Cleo, or similar legal software.

• Working knowledge of electronic filing procedures in both state and federal courts.

• Familiarity with litigation support tasks, including discovery coordination and document preparation.

• Trial preparation experience is preferred, particularly in organizing materials for attorney review and court proceedings.

• Strong communication, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills with close attention to detail.
