This position involves conducting client interviews, developing case management plans, and ensuring timely progress on all cases. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients, coordinating medical appointments, and managing property damage claims.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored to each client's situation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records in CASEpeer.
