• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews to gather relevant information.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, needs, and therapeutic goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual therapy sessions and group therapy workshops, employing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address diverse mental health disorders.
• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic care that addresses both the psychological and social needs of clients.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, helping them understand mental health issues and fostering their participation in recovery efforts.
• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality and care continuity.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
