A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Consumer Finance Associate Attorney to join its fully remote virtual office.

Candidates must reside in Florida.

Ideal Background

3–7 years of consumer financial services, commercial litigation, regulatory, or financial services experience
• Experience with consumer finance litigation, regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, or financial services matters preferred
• Familiarity with federal and state consumer protection laws, including matters involving lending, servicing, collections, or regulatory compliance
