Life Transformative Healing Services is expanding our dedicated team of mental health professionals and invites applications for the role of Licensed Mental Health Therapist. This position is full-time and offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while also maintaining outpatient office capabilities in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We seek a compassionate and skilled therapist who holds one of the following licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The chosen candidate will be instrumental in providing high-quality clinical counseling services to a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and first responders.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each client's emotional, behavioral, and psychological health, ensuring all evaluations are comprehensive and respectful.
• Develop tailored, individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, diagnosis, and therapeutic goals, integrating various evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic counseling and support to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a range of modalities to facilitate deep and meaningful psychological growth.
• Establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients through empathetic listening and non-judgmental engagement, creating a safe space for clients to explore sensitive topics.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to address individual mental health challenges, thereby empowering clients to identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate and optimize client care seamlessly.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including regular supervision and consultation to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

The primary client base for this role consists of individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and psychological challenges. Clients include children and adolescents facing developmental hurdles, adults dealing with life transitions, and first responders coping with occupational stressors. Therapists will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse array of cases, enriching their experience and specialization.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure is mandatory, with candidates holding LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a private practice or healthcare setting, demonstrating understanding and capacity in therapeutic practices.
• Specialized training in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, adult, or couples therapy is highly beneficial.
• Expertise in clinical counseling, with robust skills in patient assessment and treatment planning.

• Experience working with diverse populations and underrepresented groups is a plus.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and related technologies to support remote counseling practices.

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
