Life Line Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing remote mental health services to individuals and families throughout Salem, Oregon. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling sessions to individuals and families facing difficult life circumstances, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  • Offer immediate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress.

  • Participate actively in community outreach activities, helping to raise awareness about mental health resources available and promoting agency services.
  • Contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and professional development trainings to enhance service delivery and team collaboration.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
