Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Company Vehicle Provided | Remote Position

Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration is a design-build contractor specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems across the Upper Midwest. We provide 24/7 emergency service and preventative maintenance to maximize our clients’ system performance. We’re expanding our successful team and looking for mechanically inclined, passionate technicians who live our core values: Safety First, Quality People, Quality Product, and Ethical Behavior.

What You’ll Do
- Service, repair, and install commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify system issues and complete repairs.
- Handle refrigerants in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Travel for jobs as needed (per diem + hotel provided).
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Use EMS software to access customer control systems remotely.
- Utilize mobile devices to log work orders, hours, and diagnostics.
- Navigate dispatching software, email, and online resources.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all customer locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical college preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of HVAC or refrigeration experience.
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
- Strong communication and technology skills.
