In this crucial role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns effectively.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies, while minimizing administrative burdens.

You will work with a diverse array of patients—from adolescents to seniors—who present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in not only addressing immediate concerns but also in empowering clients to build resilience and coping strategies, facilitating long-term mental wellness.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.
