• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients during initial consultations to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and continuity of services for clients.
• Maintain and update accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with best practices in counseling and mental health research.

The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing short-term challenges such as stress management, relationship conflicts, and work-life balance issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

In recognition of your experience and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with your qualifications and expertise.
