• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique challenges and strengths, developing personalized care plans tailored to their needs.
• Deliver effective therapeutic services utilizing evidence-based practices, and engage clients in a relational approach that fosters trust and openness.
• Guide individuals, couples, and families in setting and achieving therapy milestones through active participation and tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor client progress, conducting regular reviews to adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and regulatory standards, maintaining professional ethics and compliance in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities, staying current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, each facing their own unique challenges. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds, emphasizing inclusivity and cultural competency in your therapeutic approach. Your role will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma, ultimately guiding them toward a healthier emotional state.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted LCMHC license in Vermont, allowing for independent practice.
• Proficient in delivering therapeutic interventions to clients across various demographics and backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices that effectively address mental health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• A proactive approach, capable of working independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Experience with trauma-informed care practices and techniques that support client resilience.
• Knowledge of digital mental health tools and confidentiality regulations relating to online therapy.
